Refund policy

Our department operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee! If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Email us with your order number to begin the return process.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis. 

We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*

Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return. Your refund will be processed immediately afterwards, and you can expect the money to be refunded back in your account within 24-48 hours, depending on your bank and provider.

We have no restocking fee, and refund processing times can take up to 2 days.  At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.

Exchanges: To exchange your order for another product of the different color/size, please email us along with your order number. Then, a customer support representative will respond to you with further details, such as where you will return the item that you want to exchange to. Afterwards, please send our team proof of your shipment (i.e. picture of receipt with tracking number) to our return address, and let us know what color/size you'd like to exchange for. Our team will then process your exchange request ASAP after you send proof of your shipment and will send you a new tracking number for your new item.

Defects/Faults: If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. All faulty items will be replaced free of charge. 

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at your earliest convenience!

We do not provide return labels unless your order was defective or damaged upon delivery. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
